Jason is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, who has been trained to provide care for patients through all stages of their lives. He worked in the emergency department as a registered nurse for 5 years, until receiving his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Jason was raised in Southern California, but has resided in Arizona since 2009. He enjoys many outdoor hobbies and tackling new projects at home. Jason and his wife have five children, three girls and two boys. They moved to Sierra Vista in 2015, and feel blessed to call it
home.
Pamela is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, graduating from Frontier School of Midwifery & Family Nursing (now Frontier University) in 2008.She also has graduated from Cochise College with an Associate in Applied science in 1997, followed by earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University Of Phoenix in 2001.Pamela has worked in various medical venues in Sierra Vista, including managing her own practice (Mountain View Family Care) from 2012 –2015. Afterwards she had the opportunity to work as an instructor at Cochise College in the nursing department. Pamela has found working in the medical profession very rewarding and has enjoyed working in Sierra Vista for over 22 years. She is also active with the Sierra Vista Symphony, loves spending time with her husband (Kevin) and family. Also enjoys cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals.
Dr. Ralph Esker Mayberry is board certified in Family Medicine since completing his Family Practice Internship and Residency in 1986 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He was born in Tucson, Arizona and raised in St. David, Arizona and has been practicing medicine in Sierra Vista since 1987. He is married to Marti Elrey and they have six children. He is interested in and trained to care for newborns, children, adolescents and adults.
Matt is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, who was not born in Sierra Vista, AZ, but has lived in Sierra Vista for over 21 years. He started his medical career as a Combat Medic in the U.S. Army and progressed to becoming a Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Medicine, which he worked for 11 years. Since then he has obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and then his Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Phoenix in early 2017. Matt is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys spending time with his wife (Marian) and their two children (Ryan and Owen).
Garrick is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a native of Cochise County, and raised in Sierra Vista, Arizona. He graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. With nine years of emergency nursing experience, he then attended the University of Phoenix and graduated in September, 2016 with a Master of Science in Nursing. Garrick is married to Kara Wallace and they have four children.
Dr. LeSueur is a native to the San Pedro Valley growing up in Saint David, AZ. He graduated from the University of Arizona Medical School in 2013 and from a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatric residency from Banner University Medical Center and Phoenix Children’s Hospital in 2017. His interests are in preventative medicine and providing continuity of care from newborn to geriatrics and outpatient to inpatient.
